Hands on experience in the installation, commissioning, programming and Maintenance of:

1. Embedded Systems, Control and Automation Systems such as
   
   Programmable Logic Controllers- SLC-500 (AB), S7/S5 (Siemens), Bosch PLC
 
2. SCADA Systems- Intellution Fix

Pioneered the idea of Hot Stand Redundancy of UPS systems for power plant and EDP and executed.

Quality Systems

• Mastered the development of Calibration Lab and associated procedures to comply with the requirements of ISO-9000, ISO-14001 and QS-9000 and certification was achieved.
 
• Developed software system for Calibration and Measurement System Analysis using Microsoft Office tools and FoxPro.

General Management

• Guided 4 engineers and 13 craftsmen in the daily Break down Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance and Cost Reduction Projects.
 
• Used Cause and Effect Analysis in Maintenance using 7 QC tools through CFTs, executed the action plans that eliminated chronic problems in certain equipment.
